Hello fellow community members,

When members of the team send an @board message that a document is available for review, no one gets the email.

I can't figure out why.

Thanks for your answers!!

By default, the @board mention would sent an in-product notification to every member of that board. The first thing to do is double-check that they are getting those by asking them to check their notification drawer for that notification.

If they're getting that, then it may be that their email notifications aren't set up to receive emails instantly. We have a good article they can check out here to make sure their notification settings are set up how they need: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/receiving-trello-notifications/

Also, it's possible they're checking those notifications before the email would be sent. If someone views an in-product notification, or has the card open at the time the @board is sent, then they wouldn't receive the email either.
