Why are my Lists in Trello greyed out?

As you can see in the screenshot, 4 of my Trello lists in this Board are greyed out for some reason? 
I do not have any Power Ups enabled for this Board. I am using the Free version.
I've checked Settings and all looks normal. 

I do have other boards and they are also displaying this problem. 

Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on? 

If not, I may have to change to something else.

It looks like bad loading state. If you restart your computer, it should go away.

Thank you for this.
However the issue still remains.

I have 4 Boards across 3 Workspaces.

1 Board out of 4 is working as normal.
3 of the other boards have this issue with the lists being "greyed out".

Do I need to upgrade from the Free version? Is that why?
