Why are labels glitching?

Something has happened to the label feature.  Friday they were fine, today they are not.  I add one no problem, then go to add another and it overrides the first one.  If I refresh the page, I can get a second one.  Have to refresh a couple times before I can add a third.  Did you just do a new update?  If so, it broke the labels feature.
