Why are email-to-board card titles in Spanish?

Why are email-to-board card titles in Spanish?

For the last few days, when I email to board, randomly the cards will have Spanish titles instead of English. I can't find any consistent thread between the different emails to cause this. I am using AI summary for the cards - could this be why? Is there any way to set a default language? Having to change the title in the cards is defeating the purpose of utilizing this automation.

I have been having the same issue. It may be to do with an email footer causing it to be misread and translated
