Why am I not seeing the 'Watch' option?

Hi 

I'm new to Trello but have a more experienced person showing me how it all works however they have shown me how to put a 'Watch' on boards but when i follow the exact steps shown the option is not even showing up?

They have seen me try to do this and I'm following the exact process they use but it is now there. Any help please?
