Why am I not seeing a group board on my mobile that I joined ?

I downloaded the Trello app and completed my avatar and banner online and joined a group. 
When I logged into the Trello app on my mobile I cannot find the group I joined online and my avatar and banner are not showing

Could you give a little more information about your problem?

What kind of group did you join? Was it a Trello board, Trello team, or group within the Atlassian Community?
