Why am I being blocked from using Trello, even though I am not a citizen of the Russian Federation o

I am a citizen of Kazakhstan and registered my account in Kazakhstan, but after registration is completed, an error appears and a notification is sent that Trello has stopped operating the service in these countries, but I am in Kazakhstan and cannot register because of this

If you feel there was an error in blocking your access, please contact Atlassian using this form. 

And as the page mentioned, your IP address might be the problem.
