Why I can't join a board?

I was invited to join a board created by my coworker.  When I click Join Board, this message pops up: "You can't join this board because you're not a member of the board's Workspace."    She claims to have added me as a member, but I still have no access.  Please help!Screen Shot 2023-01-25 at 4.10.40 PM.png

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Are you logged in as the account she added to the workspace?   Do you have other Atlassian accounts?

I always make this mistake, usually trying to access Adaptavist boards with the Atlassian account that I use for Community, which isn't my Adaptavist account!

Hi Nic!

Yes, I am logged into the account she added to the workspace.  I have not created any other Atlassian accounts.  I'm not sure of any other issues that could have created this situation.
