Why I can not upload background image on my own board?

Why I can not upload background image on my own board? (workspace)

There is a plus button for this purpose in change background menu, but when I press it nothing happens. I am using google chrome and have disabled all adblockers for trello.

I would also try to open the browser in incognito mode and delete cookies or cache, try and tell us
