Whitelist Trello Webhook IP

I wanted to whitelist IP addresses of Trello Webhooks. Should I whitelist IP addresses listed in the link? Or it can change in future?

As our IP addresses can change frequently and without notice, we'd suggest that you use our site's domain names instead of a particular site IP address.
