I'm a programme manager whit teammembers through all the country. I have 10 boards now. I was already granted an upgrade for trello gold, but that didn't give me extra boards. Do I need trello business to have unlimited boards?

Welcome to the Community! To have more than 10 boards you would need to move over to Business Class, Trello Gold offers more customisation and features whereas Business Class is focused more on boosting the main functionalities Trello offers in the free plan.
