Which STANDARD or PREMIUM

We are a company with 14 employees. Eight of them must manage Trello boards, while the remaining six can only view all boards.

Which option do I choose?

That being said, i believe you're wanting the Observer role for those folks to have view only access, which is only part of the Premium plan.

If I understand correctly, for eight users and six observers we need to pay 140$/month?
