Where to find a board's iCal feed on an ipad?

Unfortunately, there is no way to access the iCal feed itself from the iOS apps. You can, however, access it from the Trello website using Safari (or your preferred browser). Just visit Trello.com, log in with your account information, and access it via the settings cog at Show Menu > Power-Ups > Calendar.
