Hello,

On January 20th we were charged 7.26 € for a service of reports downloading of planiway. Could you send the invoice and let me know how to cancel the suscription for this service?

If you need to obtain invoices from Planyway, please note that since Planyway is a third-party app, Trello doesn't have access to their billing system. However, you can easily reach out to Planyway's support team for assistance.
