When Inviting Team Members What is Difference between Invited and Guests

I've just invited my team members to a Trello Board, and some members are classified as "invited" and one is classified as "guest"

what is the difference between "invited" and "guest"

Those who have accepted your invite its show guest for them and those who haven't accepted the invite its showing invited!
