When I use ctrl-v to paste clipboard image into trello its attached twice. Why?

Windows 10, Firefox latest.

I often use the new Shift-Windows-S key combo to grab screen shot to the clipboard - but when I paste the image into the card, its attached twice.

It happens no matter how I copy the image.

We have exactly same issue here.

CTRL + V is pasting twice the image :

first with name image.png', second with name 'added on xxxxx'
