When I go to enter comments like I've always done the box dissappers. Can you help? Thanks

In the comments and activity area, I have always entered information there to help me on the next call.  The empty box is showing up, but once I begin typing in the box, it immediately dissappears.  Is there a way to remedy this issue?

Community reports suggest this exact symptom—the comment box disappearing or the cursor jumping away when you start typing—is typically caused by an interaction between Trello's interface and a browser element.

Most likely source of the issue:

• Try an Incognito/Private Window: If the comment box works here, the issue is caused by one of your browser extensions.
• Clear Cache and Cookies.
• Try a Different Browser.
•  A specific bug affecting the editor has been reported in the past.
•  Double-Click: Instead of just clicking once in the comment box, double-click rapidly before you start typing. Some users reported this forced the editor to fully engage and prevented the disappearance bug.
