What to do if I get added to a board by random person

I was informed that I was added to a Trello Board by someone I don't know at all. I went to my Trello Application and left the board that I was told I was added to, by doing that could I have exposed my laptop to some malware and remove my account altogether since I opened up that board like have I put my laptop in harm's way by doing so? Also, is there some way I can block that user from trying to approach me again because I have no idea who the individual was who tried to add me.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if I mistakenly got added to a board or if it is like by clicking the board I have exposed my laptop to a virus or malware. I did run like a virus check and a malware check on my laptop and haven't found anything but just wanted to make sure.
