What is the best way to convert an email received in outlook to a card on my trello board?

This used to be possible by tapping the 3 dots in the upper corner of an email and selecting the trello icon. If this is no longer possible, trello is useless to me and I'll need to look at other options.

You can forward the email to a Trello board and it will automatically add a card https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-cards-by-email/
