What is the the maximum number of workspaces I can create for the Free subscription plan in Trello? And how many boards maximum can I create per Workspace?

There is no limit on the number of workspaces you can create currently. 

Workspaces with a Business Class subscription hold unlimited boards. 

Workspaces with no subscription hold 10 boards.

@Michael Pryor did the number of available boards for non-subscription users change with the move from Teams to Workspaces? I seem to think the number of boards was unlimited before the change.
