What is a resource viewer?

What is a resource viewer?  What access permissions and rights do they have?

If a user has this role, can they edit an/or delete rows &/or cells that were locked by the owner of a given smartsheet?

Hey @[deleted] - not sure what you mean by a 'resource viewer', I'm not aware of such a thing in Trello. Can you elaborate on what you mean by this?

Somewhere in the help section I'd read about resource viewers - not sure if that's a role or a permission.  Either way no longer an issue for the user in question, thanks, Dawn
