What does “inspect” do in Trello?

I would like to know the function of “inspect”, the last on the list of options in the action-drop-down menu window

If so, this is not a Trello feature but a browser feature...

It allows you to inspect particular elements of a web page in the browser developer portal...

Can you share a screenshot, please? That might be a Trello power-up; I don't think that's a native Trello option.
