We have private workspace &our company employees cannot open trello. It just scrolls &says TRY AGAIN

Our company pays for a subscription for a private workspcae and we are unable to get onto TRello at all. It just keeps scrolling. This is a huge problem for us and we cannot provide service to our customers without this opening and working well.  PLease help. Thanks
