You could set up a Trello board with columns like Orders, Production, Quality Check, Packaging, and Delivery, then use checklists inside each card so every job follows the same steps. I’ve done something similar while tracking home projects, including choosing an egg chair outdoor, and the mix of labels and automations kept everything tidy. Butler rules can auto-move cards as steps are completed, which saves a lot of clicks.
