Want my Boss to see all my home screen so he can see what status everything is at

Is it possible to give another person permission to see my home screen to view the status of all Boards.. Open or Closed!!

I have a number of Teams. So just make my boss in every team??

Plus sometime as task is just for me but I want my boss to see, so I guess I just create a team with My Boss and me in it....
