WHY DID THE BOARDS AND CARDS DISAPPEAR AFTER THE FREE TRIAL, EVEN THOUGH THE NO. OF BOARDS ARE LESS.

I started using Trello and had just 4-5 boards and each of them had cards and information on them. after the free trial was over all the saved information disappeared except for the just 2 boards and the information very few information inside. This happened even though the total boards were lesser than 10 which is a limitation for the free version of this app. how do I, retrieve this information?

It's completely understandable to be concerned when your valuable boards and cards disappear.

The good news is that your work is not deleted. This is a common, expected behavior when a Trello Premium or Standard trial ends and your Workspace downgrades to the Free plan.

Trello Free plan has a limit of 10 open boards per Workspace.

1. Trial Feature: During your free trial (of either Standard or Premium), your Workspace had the ability to create unlimited boards.

2. Automatic Closure: When the trial ended, your Workspace automatically downgraded to the Free plan. To enforce the 10-board limit, Trello's system automatically closed (archived) the least recently active boards until the remaining number of open boards was 10 or less.

Steps to retrieve:

• View all closed boards.
• Find the missing boards in the list and click the "Reopen".
• You must first close (archive) a different, less important board to make room, and then you can reopen your desired board.
