View people who seen the comments

Is there anyway I can see who have seen the comment conservation, just like a group chat in Facebook ?

It's not currently possible to see who has seen the comments on a card.  You can suggest this by writing to feature-ideas@trello.com.  As a workaround- perhaps you could ask or require your board members to do an emoji reaction to a comment once they view it.
