I'm trying to login to my Trello account on a new browser, it's making me authenticate via a security code sent via email. The problem:
The sent code via email features 8 characters, while the Atlassian code verification field only accepts 6 characters. Screenshots attached.

Sorry to hear about this problem. Is this still happening? If so, is this the same account you have used to login here to Community? Or is this perhaps under a different email address?
I just want to clarify the account in question so that I can engage the proper teams within Atlassian when further troubleshooting here.

@tmelo I reached out to my team about this. They indicate there was a change to the recover code aspect, in which there was a 10-15 minute window where there might have been 8 digit codes generated, but the login form was still restricted to accepting 6 digit values.
This should be corrected by now. If this is not the case for you, could you please let me know more information about the account in question you such as either the email address or the Atlassian Account Id value for that account.
