Using multiple items in checklists on a card as a trigger

I am trying to create a butler rule. I have multiple checklists on a card, and the trigger I need is that two items from these checklists are marked as completed. The action is simple (just adding a comment) but I want to add the comment once both these items are marked as completed. The checklist items are on the same card but not on the same checklist.

Is there some sort of AND function for triggers?
