Using Android App, how do I access the Card Task options?

I can create a card and then select it to enter a comment. But that is the only option that I have. I can't input a date, an attachment, or all the other options that I see in YouTube videos. What am I missing? Is there some known bug? Do I need to pay for an upgraded version?

Once a card is added, you should be able to open it (tap on it) This should reveal the card back to add further information (due dates, members etc). Feel free to reach out to trello.com/contact with a screenshot if that does not match what you are seeing.
