Hi, I have noticed that a user has been suddenly deactivated in my premium subscription. Subsequently the Reactivate button is no longer available. Has anybody faced a similar issue as this?
The user encountered this view after attempting to login into Trello via our organisation's SSO.
HI @jiaren ,
Welcome to the Community!
It seems like the account you want to reactivate is managed at the organization level (Atlassian Organization).
You can try to reactivate your user account via http://admin.atlassian.com/, following this document: Deactivate a managed account
Hope it helps š

Got it working, by reactivating in my org level. Would you know why Trello might not be visible in the Atlassian admin, but Jira and other apps are?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
That's also something I'm thinking about.
Trello is managed differently from other Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence. Unlike those products which are site-based and tied to your Atlassian organization by default, Trello uses a separate Workspace model ā so it doesn't automatically appear in admin.atlassian.com.
There's an existing feature request on this. You can upvote if you're interested in seeing this being added.
