User shows a deactivated where he is not

User shows a deactivated where he is not

One of the group admin to a board cannot add a user as it is showing "Deactivated" when this user is selected. This user is active when I see with my sysadmin privilege's. We cannot see an option to reactivate from the board. This started after moving to cloud last week from on prem.

I am having a similar issue. i am trying to add a user and it says they are deactivated, but they are not on the system

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
