We currently have a user - ******** who used to have an email address of ********* and she had changed her email address to ********
She has tried to login her account and reset her password, but it will not let her.

First, please edit your post to remove the email addresses, as this is a public forum.
Since Trello relies on Atlassian identity, have the user request a password reset using both the old and new emails. Ensure your mail admin isn't blocking Atlassian or Trello domains, and verify that the new email isn't already linked to another active account. If your company manages the domain or uses SSO, an organization admin must verify the user under Managed accounts at admin.atlassian.com.
If no reset emails arrive, please let us know.
