Use Trello desktop with proxy connection

In the company, the internet connection works through a proxy server, and I used to work in Trello through a browser . Today I decided to try Trello desktop in Windows 10, but Trello can't access the internet . I understand correctly that Trello doesn't know how to work through a proxy connection or where I can specify a username/password for the proxy server. or do I need ip addresses to open them on the gateway, are they static ?

You would need to work with whoever manages the proxy to ensure that proper ports are configured on the proxy to allow for the Trello traffic.  You can also try an application like Proxifier to see if you can get Trello connected.
