Urgent: Account and Boards Disappeared - Request for Recovery ([email removed])

Dear Trello Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request assistance with my Trello account.

Recently, I noticed that my entire account, including all of my tasks and boards, has completely disappeared. I am no longer able to access any of my past work.

Could you please let me know if there is any way to recover my account and the missing boards?

Here are my account details:
* Registered Email Address: yzr.gl.wm.4@icloud.com

I would greatly appreciate your prompt support in resolving this matter, as these boards contain important data.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Sincerely,
[あなたの名前]

Hi @浩一郎 井上 ,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand how important your Trello boards and tasks are.

After reviewing your account, I see that your previous account was deleted in line with our Dormant Account Policy

If any of your boards had additional members, those members would have been automatically promoted to admin. They can re-invite you to those boards using your new account. However, if there were any boards where you were the sole member/admin, those boards would have been permanently deleted and unfortunately cannot be recovered.

If you have any colleagues who may still have access to your boards(which I see for two of your boards - @user31114098) , I recommend reaching out to them to see if they can add your new account.
