Upgrading only one account to Business Class

Currently using a maximum of 10 boards with a team of 3.....I have 2 questions:

1) is it possible to upgrade only 1 account? If yes, would the other team members be able to see the additional boards?

2) Does business class provide you with the opportunity to create to-do list by board etc? Would this be workspace table?

Welcome to the Community! Good questions, let me see if I can help you...

1) In theory yes but it will have its limitations. You could upgrade 1 account to Business Class and add members to boards as admin, normal members and observers - please note you will not get charged if each member is only added to one board in the Workspace as otherwise they become a multi-board guest which incurs charges.

2) Business Class doesn't offer a to-do list by board unless you create a column labelled to do list, however, you could view workspace table as a type of to do list for a board.
