Updates Are Making Trello Unusable

Recent updates made it much harder to use Trello. Clicking and dragging the scrollbar with the touchpad is the only way to search through my cards. Just the slightest drag makes me overshoot the card that I need. Then I try to drag up to find it and I overshoot it again and it goes offscreen. Trello is becoming unusable because it takes too long to use it. There is no down arrow on the scrollbar. I can't use arrow keys. Those latter two options would be much more precise. I don't know what's wrong with developers these days. They're not thoughtful or empathetic anymore. They don't seem able to put themselves in other people's shoes. Maybe they're rushed?

Scrollbar arrows depend on your browser and OS and not really a Trello setting.

To use card navigation shortcuts (J, K, ↑, ↓), hover over or click a card first to give it focus. If they still don't work:

• Check Account → Settings → Accessibility to ensure keyboard shortcuts are enabled.
• Use F (filter) or / (search) to jump to specific cards.
• Test in an incognito window to rule out browser extension conflicts.
