We just switched to an annual billing in a premium plan trough a third-party vendor and now we admin's are not able to view any billing information.
We even tried to login with the owner's account and we still can't view a billing option.
This is expected, because the billing is now handled through a third-party so Atlassian have no insight to the billing between you and the vendor. All Atlassian knows is the app and the number of licenses you have.
