Unable to remove member from workspace

I'm on a paid plan and am unable to remove a former employee from our workspaces. I can remove them from boards but not the workspace. When I click "X Remove" and the accompanying popup, it doesn't remove them.

Is this still an ongoing bug?

Can you remove them for me?
