Hello Trello Support,
Since May 10, 2025, I’ve stopped receiving Trello email notifications even though my settings are set to "Instantly".
Additionally, I noticed I’m in Beta mode (shown at the top of the interface), but I cannot find any option to opt out of it. Could this be affecting email notifications?
Please advise how I can:
Restore email notifications, and
Exit Beta mode, if possible.

I had a look at your account email and it looks like it's created today (May 16) and I don't see a Trello account associated with it. Could it be that you've been using a different email account? To check the email you use for your current Trello account, please login go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email
If the account you shared is the account you will use from now on, please complete the sign up for Trello. To create an account, go to https://trello.com/signup and use the same email address that was invited to join Trello. Here’s more info on how to manually create a Trello account
You can toggle beta features on and off from the Beta menu. To exit the beta:
Select Beta in the header
Select Try the Beta experience or Exit Beta

Hi! I changed my email on 16/5, after that, receiving notification emails worked fine.
(p/s_ this may have caused you not to find any accounts registered with that email)
