Unable to move Trello cards between boards - "Connection Interrupted. Retrying..."

Hi there,

This has happened before and is happening again:

My team uses Trello to manage 2 different boards. Once a project leaves board 1, "Proofs", we move it to board 2, "Volume Orders".

Right now, it works to move cards between lists, but we cannot move any cards between boards (from "Proofs" to "Volume Orders").

We get an alert that "Moving card failed" with "Connection Interrupted. Retrying..." Pic attached.

My team has tried on different browsers (we use chrome), different computers, and different WiFi networks. We have cleared all of our Chrome date / caches / cookies, and restarted Chrome. No luck.

Any suggestions?

It happened to me a couple of times as well, but I have a very unstable WiFi so I thought it was a matter of internet connection. Have you tried to move those cards via the mobile app?

I haven't, that's a good idea! I can't try that now because the problem resolved after about a day. I'll try that next time, thank you!
