I can log in on computer but not iphone.
I have Rebooted my Iphone, I deleted trello app and reinstalled
It takes me to Atlassian for security key, then says that I do not have a passkey saved for this site and the recovery key is not working either.
It says it will email me within 24 hours but I have waited 48 hours and did not receive email and checked spam and no email
Hi @Julia - I had a look at our mail logs and can confirm that emails are being sent successfully. Based on what I can see, this generally means the message has reached your mail server, but there might be another issue.
In these scenarios, we recommend double checking:
Check Spam/Junk/Bulk: Look for emails from @am.atlassian.com and @id.atlassian.com
Search for “Atlassian”: Search the term “Atlassian” in your email inbox to see if it shows up in any folder
Add to Safe Senders: Add the sender domains (@am.atlassian.com and @id.atlassian.com ) to your safe list/contacts
Confirm that all the IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud apps are allowlisted.
Try to log into the account in your mobile browser with https://trello.com/login
