Hey everyone,
Thanks for raising this and for your patience!
We can confirm there was a known incident on our end that affected Power-Up loading within Trello boards, which would explain the "Unable to load Trello Power-Up Client Library" error you were seeing. This same incident also impacted Trello Automation, causing an infinite loading wheel when trying to open, create, or edit automations. Our engineering team identified the cause and rolled back the change responsible.
The issue has now been resolved. If you're still seeing any of these problems, try a hard refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + F5
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
That should get things loading again. If you're still running into issues after that, let us know in the comments and we'll look into it further.
Sorry for the disruption, and thanks for bearing with us!
Hi @geocero ,
I had a similar issue before. In my case, clearing the browser cache and cookies for both Trello and Planway, then signing in again, fixed it. If that doesn't help, try opening the board in an Incognito window with extensions disabled, since some extensions can block Trello Power-Ups. Also check if your company firewall or VPN is interfering with the connection.

Thank you for your answer.
I've cleared cache and cookies, and also tried with incognito mode, and problems continue. I've tried using mobile phone internet data, to check if there a re problems with my internet provider, but problems still continue.
I've recieved just a few minuts ago, an answer from planyway developers, telling me that other users have report same problems. So they are checking what is happening.
During this time, the plannyway web version is working properly.
If I have new notices, I will let you know.
