Unable to finalise trelllo entry

I am having a current issue where I am unable to customise my Trello entry including a due date the person who manages the entry or move it around the board.

By "entry" do you mean "card" or something else? 

If you're on the free plan and the workspace exceeds 10 collaborators, all boards in that workspace will become view-only. More on that here: Remove a collaborator from a free Workspace 

Another thing: if you're on Premium or Enterprise plans, you might be added to the board as an Observer - user role that has read-only access.

If you're not a workspace admin, can you reach out to them (so, your Trello admin) and ask them to check your permissions or potentially a limitation breach?

Hi Tobi,

Yes thats right a card. I am unable to access any of the features like adding a due date onto the card or colour coding it, it just glitches at the text stage with me being unable to add any further options.

@Marcus Napolitano can you try using incognito mode/window or a different browser? Just to check or rule out whether it's a browser-related issue?

Potentially, if there are other users in the workspace, you could ask them to see if they are able to access those features.
