Unable to create new Workspace

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I don't seem to be able to create a new Workspace. I have four Workspaces at the moment and I want to create a fifth. However, the option does not appear when I select the in Create button and there is also no plus such (+) next to "Workspaces" on my Home page.
Can anyone help?

The Create Workspace button have just moved to another menu

I see this thread by coincidence, and I have the same issue in Bitbucket Cloud (https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/ ) that I am not able to create a new workspace under my account. It looks like the picture above
There is no button/menu to create a workspace. I appreciate your comment. Best regards,
