Unable to create a login for Trello with my work email address

Hi, I am trying to create a login for my work email address however when I go to create login, it takes me to the sign in screen and I am unable to login here either? I have tried forget password however I receive no email. I was previously using an account with the former employer (email address were quite similar). I have create an account using my personal email and tried to change the email to my work one and the message said the the email address is already associated with another account. Please help

Could I ask you to create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact and share the email address you're trying to log in with? A private email thread allows us to access a few more tools to help investigate, and we can discuss information that can't be shared in the community.
