My colleague is unable to log in to Trello. He has requested a link via email several times, but has not received anything in his inbox or spam folder. As a result, he cannot access our workspace or our boards. Is there a solution to this problem?

If your colleague is not receiving the Trello login email, the quickest workaround is to bypass the magic link entirely and sign in through the Atlassian account login page at id.atlassian.com/login using the same email they use for Trello.
If logging in through the Atlassian account also fails and no emails are coming through, the issue is likely with the specific account rather than with your domain or workspace. Especially when other colleagues can log in. In that case, the next step is to contact Atlassian Support under “Login and account access,” as they can check whether the account is blocked or requires manual recovery.
