Unable to close board

We have a board where two of us are admins, but recently, I was unable to close a board via the Trello website. I had to go into the desktop app to close the board. 

I tried all the troubleshooting options, but nothing changed with the website.

Please see the image below, which shows the admins along with other members, but then the main profile pic doesn't show it. When I check our members, it shows none of us are admins and we can't change it. Of note, this is a free account.

We did try that, but no one seems to have the ability to do it even though all are marked as admins

Hi @Admin 

Welcome to the community!

One fix which you can try is to ask the other admin open the board and navigate to Board Settings → Members. From there, she should be able to re-grant you admin rights. Once your role is refreshed server-side, the "Close Board" option should reappear on the web.
