Unable to change title of board on free account

We are unable to change the title of our boards or close boards from the admin account since we moved onto the free package. Why would this be?

Hi Lois, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When you are an admin for a free Workspace, you don't have permission to change the boards you're not an admin. You can see more details in this article: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-admin-capabilities/
