Unable to add members to boards

Hi there, 

I have not reached my 10 collaborator limit and I have a coworker that can not join one of my boards. What can I do?

Workspaces are limited to 10 collaborators — this includes both members of the Workspace and also members of any board within the Workspace. If the Workspace has reached that limit limit, then the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
